Waste your money and you’re only out of money, but waste your time and you’ve lost a part of your life. Michael LeBoeuf

Time is the coin of your life. It is the only coin you have, and only you can determine how it will be spent. Be careful lest you let other people spend it for you. Carl Sandburg

Time = Life, Therefore, waste your time and waste of your life, or master your time and master your life. Alan Lakein

I watched a movie the other night called About Time and combined with the fact that this is Thanksgiving week…I have been reflecting on time, family, friends, life in general.

I know…total cliche right?

But seriously, where I have landed as a result of my navel-gazing this week is James 4:14-15

yet you do not know what tomorrow will bring. What is your life? For you are a mist that appears for a little time and then vanishes. Instead you ought to say, “If the Lord wills, we will live and do this or that.”

Our time on earth is so limited!  We are just a tiny part in the great Gospel drama…we better make the most of our time! Not waste a single moment!

And how do we even begin? With prayer…and a relationship. How can you know the will of God if you don’t spend any time with him?

So this week as you celebrate all that Thanksgiving represents be sure to take a moment and reflect on how God would have you spend your time…blessings!
